Isn't little Lily too precious. She is 5 months old now. And yes, that does seem to be a little red hair on her little head. :0)~

Human Males

• Friday at work we had to evacuate the building b/c the fire dept came. A guy was outside smoking a cigarette before class and somehow accidentally set his belt on fire so he came in the building to the bathroom to put the fire off (it was more smoking than actual flames), then he threw the belt away but it stunk up the building and set off an alarm so the fire dept came. I did feel a little bad for the guy. But dude, don't walk into a building while you are on fire.
• Driving home tonight I had to slow down for a drunk guy stumbling across the street. He'd take two steps forward then one back, sway a little then forward again. Eventually he made it across.
• And I shall end on a super positive note - Nate cooked up some way awesome steaks tonight for Easter dinner. Perfection.

it is what it is

• long day at work but productive
• i ran my forehead into the edge of my car trunk while pumping gas. i have a bruise.
• i really like Phil's Icehouse on Burnet. great burgers and sweet potato fries. maybe I'll go tomorrow.
• slumdog millionaire is a really good movie. saw it for the second time Friday.
• i've never seen Schindler's List. I probably should.
• it's only 9pm and I am totally ready for bed, maybe I am turning into a Hagen :0)~ (not a bad thing ofcourse)
• i miss hanging out with Heidi - actually I miss a lot of my old friends but everyone just kindof does their own thing now.
• i still have no skylight due to the hail - don't worry - it's boarded up so no water or animals are getting in.
• i need to acquire some real food so I am not just eating cereal and PB+J
• i have more bills than normal this month.
• i did do my taxes last week and get a little bit of a refund.
• i did no bluebonnet pics this year b/c there were no bluebonnets in austin. Today I heard Murchison MS has some. Yep, they do. I checked after work. They are dying though.
• i am a pretty friendly person actually.
• i have plans, goals, ideas, dreams, and a few secrets.
