i know, i know....

I haven't blogged in a while. So, here's a brief rundown of my thoughts as I wait for a load of laundry to finish.
  • So, everyone seems to be having babies this fall. Atleast everyone that is still having babies. Ok, I know not EVERYONE is prego but seems like alot. I do mostly like babies though.
  • My roof is finally getting repaired, I should have a skylight again in a few days. AND a new roof. The hail storm totally jacked up the place.
  • I was shaping glass jewelry over the weekend on a glass grinder and think I inhaled glass. My throat has been killing me all week. But the glass jewelry does look great. I also did grind off my fingernails.
  • I am being moved again at work. This time down the hall into an office near my boss. I am less than thrilled (on many levels) but will survive.
  • I am not given the freedom to succeed at work. I am just not.
  • I had a terroristic threat assessment done on me at work a few weeks ago due to me using the phrase "you're not on my hit list" while talking with a co-worker. I won't be speaking to her again. Saying "you're not on my hit list" does not imply I actually have one. I was found to not be a threat by a trained physiologist.
  • My boss stood me up for my one on one meeting today. A mtg she had already rescheduled 3 times.
  • We finished the Liz and Blanca book and its at the printers. I think it turned out groovy.
  • My kitchen has fruit fly blood and guts all over it. I've killed most of them but they sure made a mess.
  • Sometimes a good coupon for a product you don't need is not actually a good deal. Esp if it takes over an hour to drive to the store to find the product you don't need only to find out the coupon doesn't work.
  • I do have many boxes of specialK cereal that I got way cheap with coupons and I do need/like special K with red berries. nice.
  • I totally brain-freezed on a cherry icee today at Slices and Ices.

Well, I think that's it for today.

oh my goodness! I know this comment is very late, but I can't believe your co-worker reported you for a funny aside like that. People take things too seriously.

Inhaled glass! ... now that's a pretty impressive injury. I hope you're feeling better though. Martha once inhaled the vapors from a vat of concentrated hydrochloric acid I had, thinking it would help clear her stuffiness (this was before nursing school). Well it did, but of course burned her throat! Hmm, I wonder how owning concentrated acid would look on a threat exam :) Actually, I was just trying to make a small heater for our tent.
